$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install paris-traceroute 

paris-traceroute is installed in your system.

Make ensure the paris-traceroute package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep paris-traceroute *

You will get with paris-traceroute package name, version, architecture and description in a table

paris-traceroute package basic information:
